Ordering & Shipping

  • Order Changes
    You may request changes to your order within 7 days of placing it. After this period, orders enter processing and changes cannot be made. Please double‑check your cart and shipping details before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.
  • Order Cancellation
    Cancellations are possible within 7 days of placing the order provided the order has not yet shipped. To cancel, please contact us at info@meowlol.online as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available and you may initiate a return instead.
  • Incorrect Orders
    If you receive an item that is completely incorrect (wrong style, size, or product), please email info@meowlol.online with your order number and photos of the incorrect item. We will process a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
  • Shipping Time
    Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days of confirmation. Once shipped, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location and customs procedures.

  • Tracking
    After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this to monitor your shipment until it arrives.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Policy
    We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact info@meowlol.online with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions and a pre-paid return label.

  • Exchanges
    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund so you can complete your exchange seamlessly.
  • Defective Items
    Should you discover any defects—such as flaws in stitching, fabric tears, or manufacturing issues—please reach out to info@meowlol.online within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
